We are looking for a 1 January 2027 or by arrangement, limited to two years, for the advice and support of our managers and employees a
You will take responsibility for competent and customer-oriented personnel services and independently manage a division of the WSL in all personnel matters. You will advise and support supervisors and employees in all administrative and operational HR lifecycle topics and accompany line managers in recruitment, the application of leadership tools, employment law, and change processes.
You have a commercial or business administration basic education with HR further training (level HR specialist, NDS/CAS or equivalent), ideally bring several years of experience as an HR generalist and have already gained recruitment experience in this role. Your working style is independent, reliable, and meticulous. You are service-oriented and possess negotiation skills as well as very good communication skills (in German and English).
