Your Tasks
- You teach the topic of databases in modules of the Bachelor's degree programs in Computer Science and Information and Cybersecurity. In doing so, you teach topics of data management, database modeling and visualization, integration and querying of data, and information security of database systems. The basis is the SQL technology, but in certain modules, noSQL systems are also considered.
- You support our continuing education offerings (e.g., CAS)
- You supervise student projects and bachelor's theses.
- You are a member of our team, keep yourself informed about the plans of the university and the department, and contribute where possible.
Your Profile
- University degree at the master's level in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field.
- You have professional experience in the application of database and information systems.
- You are an innovative and creative personality, love technology and teamwork in a dynamic environment.
- You are proficient in database development with SQL for database modeling, integration, querying, and security.
- You are interested in contemporary didactics and are a good coach. Ideally, you have already gained initial experience with teaching and training.
- You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
