About the job

To expand our executive management in the Human Resources area, we are looking for an experienced, empathetic, and strong leadership personality as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.

The Head of Human Resources is responsible for the further development of a contemporary leadership, personnel, and organisational culture at BEWO Oberburg and contributes to the sustainable effectiveness of the entire organisation through strategic personnel work, support of change processes, and promotion of collaboration and development.

The role includes active participation in shaping the establishment of the executive management and the further development of the leadership and organisational culture at BEWO.

Head of Human Resources / Executive Board Member, 70% - 90%
