TasksIn this role, you are an important part of our young, flexible, and committed team in the craftsman shop. We are looking for a dedicated and responsible personality with a strong service mindset:
- Take responsibility for the craftsman shop
- Advise and convince our customers through competent conversations to meet their needs and generate sales
- Ensure smooth operations by entering orders into the system and managing goods and inventory
- Support the team by performing administrative office tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the craftsman shop
- Implement sales-promoting measures while keeping the guidelines in mind to increase the shop's revenue and success
- Be part of our commitment to customer loyalty and satisfaction by participating in customer events and supporting inventories; additionally, attend meetings to contribute to the further development of the shop
Requirements
- A completed apprenticeship as a retail specialist EFZ in hardware or similar
- You bring at least 2 years of professional sales experience to successfully apply your sales skills
- Solid SAP knowledge is an advantage and enables you to efficiently handle business processes
- Your sales flair and confident handling of numbers allow you to recognize customer needs and offer suitable solutions
- A neat appearance and a friendly personality are part of your professionalism in customer contact
- Your pronounced sales mentality and willingness to always go the extra mile make you a motivated and successful sales professional
