Our legal service is present at three sites in Switzerland (Lausanne, Zurich and Lugano) and resolves nearly 120,000 legal requests from our clients each year. As a member of the legal service management, you will take operational leadership of the teams in French-speaking Switzerland. We are looking for a strong personality, with management experience and solid communication skills. As head of the legal service, you will demonstrate the high added value of legal protection and contribute to creating an attractive working environment for our employees.

- As a member of the management team, you play a central role in the sustainable success of the legal service and actively contribute to defining its strategic direction
- You assume operational responsibility for four teams, totalling 55 employees in French-speaking Switzerland
- Hand in hand with your teams, you ensure the achievement of the legal service’s objectives while guaranteeing an excellent customer experience
- You analyse, manage and develop the department by fully exploiting the power of data and new technologies
- You stimulate the development of employees and the organisation, going beyond departmental and regional boundaries
- You cultivate a good network within AXA as well as in the legal sector
Your skills and talents
Your skills and talents
- You hold a law degree, complemented by solid experience in the insurance sector, ideally in claims management
- You demonstrate empathetic and assertive leadership, with a recognised ability to manage high-level stakeholders
- You possess strong analytical skills and systemic thinking, combined with high social intelligence and natural ease in relationships
- You stand out for your initiative, communication talent and strong enthusiasm for learning and experimenting daily
- Your mother tongue is French or German, with excellent skills in the other language – any additional language is a real asset
