These will be your tasks:

• Support of the Services Account Executives and Business Support in daily business

• Ensuring internal processes, e.g., the assignment of orders to individual consultants

• Support in internal offer and order processing as well as invoice control

• Support in the creation of presentations and offers for customers

• Participation in customer appointments, presentations, and negotiations

• Taking over small sales cases from start to finish (end-to-end)

• Support in finding consultants for projects within the SAP internal network

• Preparation of statistics and analyses

• Monitoring the utilization of consultants as well as support in deployment planning for the coming months

• Organization of budgets for sales activities, financial monitoring of ongoing projects, as well as organization and preparation of meetings

• Support in organizing travel and events

The service sales department is based in Zurich and is responsible for the following industries: Retail & Consumer Products, Process & Services, and the public sector. We work closely with our customers to support them in implementing their SAP solutions and successfully using our software. Therefore, we offer our customers a wide range of services, including classic consulting and implementation services, educational services, Cloud Success Services such as Preferred Success or Cloud Application Services, as well as Premium Engagement Services.

Your application documents should include a cover letter, a tabular CV, school leaving certificates, a certificate of enrollment, a current university transcript, copies of already obtained degrees, and, if available, references from previous employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and knowledge in foreign languages and computer programs/programming languages.
