Together with leading technology manufacturers such as Everpure and HPE, we develop customised solutions in the areas of analytics, big data, digitalisation and automation. As a pioneer in Switzerland, we have built one of the first cloud platforms specifically for IT partners. In our 350 m² live demo and event area, we make innovation tangible and show how modern technologies create real added value in practice.

Your tasks

• You competently advise our customers by telephone and email.
• You create individual configurations and quotations.
• You obtain project-related price enquiries from our manufacturers.
• You support procurement and inventory management.
• You complete manufacturer certifications and help to ensure our partner status.
• You keep your product knowledge up to date through webinars, training sessions and workshops.
• You maintain regular communication with customers, suppliers and manufacturers.
• You participate in manufacturer and customer events, occasionally outside regular office hours.

What you bring with you

• Ideally experience in the IT industry, especially in the areas of servers, storage and networking
• In-depth HPE knowledge is a plus.
• Career changers are also welcome if you have technical understanding, an interest in IT technologies and the motivation to familiarise yourself with our products.
• You work independently, in a structured and customer-oriented manner.
• You are a team player and enjoy communicating with customers and partners.
• You have very good English skills; knowledge of French is a plus.
• You show initiative and are willing to continuously develop your professional skills.
