Assistant Commander Civil Protection 80 - 100%

Your main tasks

• You relieve the Civil Protection Commander both administratively and organisationally at a strategic level and proactively manage his calendar and mailbox
• You are the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and manage interfaces with great diplomacy
• You independently lead the secretariat of the Uster Fire Brigade and coordinate administrative processes
• You prepare city council proposals, create presentations and dossiers, take minutes, organise events and keep a firm eye on pending tasks
• You actively participate in the budget process, prepare quarterly target/actual comparisons and act as an IT power user in the area of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint

What you bring with you

• A completed commercial apprenticeship and a category B driving licence
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint as well as the administrative programmes Axioma and Abacus; knowledge of the software Lodur is a welcome plus
• You act proactively, show high initiative and convince with agile priority management as well as pronounced organisational skills
• A confident, representative appearance combined with absolute discretion, loyalty and assertiveness
• Excellent written and spoken expression in German
