Your Tasks
- In our outpatient clinic, you will take on psychotherapeutic treatments of patients with the full spectrum of psychiatric disorders in individual and group settings.
- After thorough training, you will independently conduct individual psychotherapeutic treatments and be responsible for therapy planning, multi-person discussions, and psychodiagnostic assessments.
- You will independently complete case-related documentation and service recording, reliably supported by our secretariat.
- Together with the interdisciplinary treatment team, you ensure holistic care and work closely with professionals from psychiatry, nursing, social services, specialised therapies, and external referrers.
- You actively participate in reports, case discussions, supervisions, and further training, and professionally represent Psychiatrie St. Gallen externally together with the team.
Your Profile
- You have completed your psychology degree and already have experience in adult psychiatry.
- Ideally, your further training in a federally recognised psychotherapeutic method is already advanced.
- It is advantageous if you hold a psychotherapy assistant permit valid in the canton of St. Gallen or meet the requirements to obtain it before starting the position.
- Your interest lies in outpatient and interdisciplinary treatment of people with mental illnesses, with a consistent focus on the individual needs of patients and their environment.
- In dealing with patients, you convince through commitment, reliability, and communication skills, while also appreciating independent work and collaboration in a dedicated team.
- Enjoyment in your continuous professional development as well as very good German language skills in spoken and written form at least at level C1 complete your profile.
Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 91,406 and 130,000 Swiss francs per year.
