Team Leader Support German-speaking Switzerland m/f/d (80-100%)

Your main tasks

• You lead, coach, and develop the support team both professionally and personally.
• You oversee daily operations and open tickets, prioritise tasks, coordinate their processing, and plan resources sensibly.
• You handle complex customer enquiries and take on escalation management in collaboration with Trimble Support.
• You spend around 40% of your time actively in support, recognising recurring problems and developing sustainable solutions together with other departments.
• You optimise processes and workflows, participate in management as well as cross-company projects, and support sales on site when needed.

Your profile

You bring leadership experience, technical understanding, and a strong customer orientation. Ideally, you have:

• Training as a geomatician and 5-10 years of professional experience, ideally in surveying, civil engineering, or construction machinery.
• About five years of experience in support, preferably in a leadership role.
• Experience in leading, promoting, and developing employees as well as building high-performance teams.
• An analytical, solution-oriented, and pragmatic working style with strong organisational skills.
• A motivating, appreciative, and reliable personality with high personal responsibility and service orientation.
• Very good German and good English skills, ideally complemented by French skills.
• Category B driving licence
