General missions
§ Assume the high responsibility of the Imalp Thyon SA real estate agency
§ Manage the real estate agency as well as the operations of the different departments. Oversee their performance
§ Develop the portfolio of rental and sales mandates
§ Take on active prospecting of tenant clients
§ Strengthen the visibility and positioning of Imalp Thyon in its market
§ Develop the development strategy of the real estate agency. In close collaboration with the general manager of Télé-Thyon SA, propose it for approval to the Board of Directors of Imalp Thyon SA
§ Set the objectives of the services for which he/she is responsible, verify that these are achieved, and take all necessary measures to correct any problems and optimize work processes. Assume high control of the quality of services provided to clients by the staff of his/her services
§ Prepare the general operating and investment budget for everything related to the real estate agency, in collaboration with the general manager of Télé-Thyon
§ Define and implement the commercial development of the rental of real estate entrusted to the Imalp agency
§ Determine and allocate human and financial resource needs after analyzing requests made by the heads of the services for which he has hierarchical responsibility
§ Represent Imalp Thyon SA on an ad hoc mandate issued by the Board of Directors and in good cooperation with the General Manager of Télé-Thyon SA with the technical, political, economic, and tourist bodies with which Imalp Thyon SA maintains close relations
§ Manage in close collaboration with the general management of Télé-Thyon SA the company’s properties (offices, restaurant, swimming pool, daycare, premises)
Specific missions for the collaborator
§ Ensure the proper management of mandates granted to Imalp Thyon SA (co-ownership administration management, external accounting mandate management) and collaborate with external structures directly related to this management
§ Have a basic education in commerce and/or administration completed by training or confirmed experience (5-10 years) in mountain real estate
§ If possible, have additional training in business management
§ Fluency in French, German, and English
§ Mastery of sales techniques
§ Excellent knowledge of the local market (Thyon 4 Valleys)
§ Natural leadership and ability to advance a team
§ Flexibility, synthesis, initiative and decision-making spirit, entrepreneurial mindset
§ Results-oriented, autonomous and proactive
§ Ability to structure and execute a growth strategy
§ General technical mastery of real estate management tools
§ Interest in mountains and winter sports
