Building Services Technician 80-100% (a)

Your Tasks

• Maintenance, operation and ensuring availability and operational safety of HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary) as well as analysis and rectification of faults in building services systems and equipment
• Planning, coordination and supervision of external service providers and technicians in the HVAC sector
• Operation, monitoring and optimisation of building management systems including evaluation of operational data
• Daily inspection rounds and monitoring of facilities for function, order and damage
• Management of safety certificates as well as reporting of faults and incidents
• Maintenance work on buildings and outdoor facilities, as well as taking on on-call duties
• Participation in projects, company events and support within the building services team

Your Profile

• Completed training in building technology, HVAC or comparable field
• Further training in building technology, facility management or technical service is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems
• Knowledge of building management systems and electrical area is an advantage (ideally you hold the NIV Art. 13 certification)
• Good German language skills and driving licence category B
• Independent, precise and responsible working style
• High safety awareness as well as reliable and solution-oriented personality
• Team player with a friendly, professional demeanour

You monitor and operate HVAC systems as well as building management systems and work closely with the facility team. You take responsibility for compliance with safety standards and actively contribute to smooth operational processes.
