Clerk Back Office Logistics 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Processing customer orders
• Handling goods receipts and goods issues
• Processing production orders
• Handling complaints
• Organising and coordinating transports
• Evaluating and providing key figures
• Contributing to ensuring order and cleanliness (5S) as well as workplace safety
• Managing operating resources
• First level support interface HRL / AKL (software)
• Assisting with inventories
• Co-responsibility for building maintenance and caretaking
• Assisting in the training of apprentices (commercial)

You bring with you

• Completed commercial training or professional experience in logistics or order processing
• Good MS Office skills and proficiency in the 10-finger system
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style
• Strong service orientation and teamwork skills
• Resilience and flexibility even in hectic situations
• Enjoyment in collaborating with internal departments
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, French language skills in spoken and written form
