For our team in Sursee, we are looking for a motivated personality in technical internal service who values direct customer contact and wants to bring their enthusiasm for technology into their daily work. With us, you work with high-quality machines, in a modern working environment and together with a committed team that shares the same passion.

• You are the first point of contact for our customers and handle their enquiries and orders independently, reliably and solution-oriented
• You advise our customers competently on technical questions and find the right accessories and spare parts
• You actively assist in customer service when needed
• You prepare quotes and invoices and take on further administrative and organisational tasks
• You take care of the processing of returns and ensure a straightforward solution
• You operate the cash register and take on tasks in complaint management
• If necessary, you ensure together with the team an appealing, well-organised and well-maintained sales shop

• You have completed basic training as a motorcycle mechanic EFZ, automotive mechatronics technician EFZ, retail specialist after sales EFZ or a comparable qualification
• You bring several years of professional experience in a similar role
• You have good German language skills, foreign languages are an advantage
• You convince with a customer-oriented and professional manner in dealing with customers
• You keep an overview even in hectic situations and work solution-oriented
• Your working style is independent, reliable and efficient
• Due to our opening hours, regular work on Saturdays is also a requirement
