Your tasks
- Advising and supporting managers and employees in the assigned areas throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle
- Supporting managers in recruitment, personnel planning, development, performance issues as well as labour law questions
- Accompanying and advising on leadership, organisational and change issues as well as in demanding conversation and conflict situations
- Responsibility for case management issues in cooperation with managers, employees and relevant internal or external bodies
- Proactive involvement in the further development and optimisation of HR processes
- Participation in HR projects as well as in cross-departmental initiatives within the framework of corporate and personnel strategy
Your profile
- Completed advanced professional training in Human Resources, e.g. HR specialist with a federal diploma, CAS/MAS HRM or a comparable further education
- Several years of professional experience in a generalist HR function, ideally as an HR Business Partner
- Experience in advising and supporting managers
- Sound knowledge throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle
- Good knowledge of Swiss labour law
- Understanding of operational processes as well as a pronounced ability to collaborate with different company departments
- Strong communication, empathy and conflict resolution skills
- Independent, solution-oriented working style with high initiative
- High service orientation and a confident manner towards internal stakeholders
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good French skills for supporting the Chavornay site
- Willingness to travel regularly to the Chavornay site
