For our Service & Maintenance department, we are looking for a dedicated person at the Goldau location.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for planning, organising, and coordinating customer training
• Active participation in the design and implementation of digitalisation and organisational projects
• Independent handling of IC spare parts orders (Intercompany)
• Invoicing of services and spare parts orders including verification and processing
• Responsibility for pricing of spare parts
• Maintenance and management of bulletins and CRM data
• General secretarial duties as well as support in the daily business of Service & Maintenance

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training or technical basic training with commercial further education
• Experience in a comparable role, ideally in a technical environment or in the service business
• Good MS Office skills; independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Team-oriented personality with a strong service mindset
• German as mother tongue, good English skills, French is an advantage
