To strengthen our well-established team in the city centre of Zurich, we are looking for a committed and reliable individual.

Insurance Internal Service Clerk (100%)

Your tasks

• Independent management of customer data and insurance policies
• Processing of changes and verification of applications
• Preparation of quotes for private and corporate clients
• Interface function between customers, consulting team and insurance companies
• Support in administrative areas (reception, mail processing)
• Professional care of our customers by telephone and e-mail

Your profile

• Commercial training and/or professional experience in the insurance or brokerage environment
• Qualification as an insurance intermediary VBV is an advantage
• Very good MS Office skills
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
• Foreign language skills (French, Italian and/or English) are a plus
• High service orientation and enjoyment of customer contact
• Team spirit, reliability and helpfulness
• Structured, precise and punctual working style
• Resilient, flexible and committed
