Sales Manager - Automation & Industry (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Field sales for new and existing customers
- Consulting customers and prospects as well as developing solution concepts in a team
- Systematic customer penetration and acquisition of new customers within the assigned sales region to achieve sales targets
- Responsibility for contribution margin, sales, and price development
- Participation in the development of the overall sales strategy
- Use of CRM to plan all sales activities
- Representing the company at relevant trade fairs and exhibitions
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed degree or technician HF training in electrical engineering, automation technology, or related fields
- Sound technical knowledge in control and drive technology
- Several years of experience in consultative technical sales in industrial automation desirable
- Convincing appearance, negotiation skills, and strong communication
- Ability for self-organisation and teamwork
- Business acumen
- Fluent German and English skills
- Willingness to travel 70% (including home office)
