As a leading Swiss company for the development, manufacture and repair of vehicles and kits, we employ 600 staff in Bellach (SO). In addition to our local production, we support and supply licence partners on five continents with our modular system "Co-Bolt". We also offer a comprehensive repair and service range for all types of vehicles (buses, commercial vehicles, passenger cars, campers, etc.).
To strengthen our Bus Hot Commissioning Team, we are looking for an experienced practitioner from vehicle or commercial vehicle technology. Experience with electric or trolleybuses is not a prerequisite. If you master the basics of vehicle technology and have an interest in modern electromobility, we will specifically introduce you to our vehicles, systems and technologies.
Your Tasks
- Troubleshooting and diagnosis of traction components and other systems of electric and trolleybuses at the customer
- Carrying out repair work on the entire vehicle
- Accompanying supplier visits at the customer
- Supervising conversions/modifications from aftersales
- Carrying out conversions and modifications in aftersales
- Providing feedback on your field experience to development, production and aftersales for continuous improvement
Our Requirements
- Completed technical training, e.g. as an automotive mechatronics technician specialising in commercial vehicles, agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of practical experience in vehicle, commercial vehicle, agricultural or construction machinery technology
- Enjoyment of troubleshooting, diagnosis and independent problem solving
- Interest in electromobility, high-voltage technology and modern vehicle systems
- Willingness to travel extensively, 80–100% (Switzerland and Europe)
- Your assignments and stays away from home are planned long-term, and weekends are usually free. This way, you combine a varied activity at different locations with reliable personal planning.
- Good IT skills
- English skills and other foreign languages are an advantage
