To strengthen our team, we are looking for an International Service Technician (m/f/d)

Your tasks

In this versatile role, you are the first point of contact for our customers on site and represent our company professionally. With your technical experience and enthusiasm for technical challenges, you will independently and responsibly take on the following tasks after thorough training; depending on the assignment, alone or in a team.

• Carrying out the annual maintenance of our systems - on schedule and according to quality standards
• Troubleshooting and repair assignments at the customer’s site
• You identify unplanned repairs based on the condition of the system, contact the local contacts, have non-contractual work confirmed and carry it out
• You prepare spare parts recommendations in consultation with the customer and discuss possible modernisations
• You guarantee the safety and functionality of the systems
• You maintain relationships with customers and their contacts
• You prepare precise and timely reports on the work performed

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a polymechanic, plant and apparatus builder, mechatronics technician or a comparable technical education
• Very good electrical and mechanical knowledge
• Knowledge of handling PLC controls and the TIA Portal is an advantage
• High personal responsibility, perseverance and flexibility as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working
• High flexibility and willingness to travel internationally up to 90%
• Driving licence category B
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written; French skills are an advantage
• Employment in Winterthur (CH) or Ubstadt (DE)
