Role:
Do you want to apply your purchasing experience and take responsibility for your own product groups? In this role, you combine daily procurement with exciting project tasks. You maintain contact with suppliers, keep an eye on costs and delivery dates, and support the strategic development of purchasing.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage selected product groups and ensure reliable purchasing.
You coordinate orders and delivery dates and ensure correct processing.
You obtain supplier offers and negotiate prices and purchasing conditions.
You resolve discrepancies in the procurement process and take care of appropriate solutions.
You process incoming invoices and check their accuracy.
You keep purchasing and article master data up to date.
You participate in purchasing projects and take over their management if necessary.
You support strategic purchasing with various tasks and projects.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial vocational training, ideally with further professional training in purchasing.
You have several years of professional experience in procurement.
You have good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
You have good user knowledge of SAP and are familiar with common MS Office applications.
You convince through initiative, assertiveness, as well as an independent, structured, and efficient way of working.
