To complement our care teams in the psychiatric long-term department, we are immediately seeking a

Health and Social Care Assistant EBA for the psychiatric long-term department 70 – 100% (fixed-term until 31.01.2027)

Your area of responsibility:
• Individual care and support of 24 gerontopsychiatric residents
• Support with daily structure and everyday activities
• Promotion of residents’ independence and resources
• Domestic tasks
• Electronic documentation of care services (RAI / LOBOS)

Your profile
• Completed training as a Health and Social Care Assistant EBA
• Enjoyment in working with people with psychiatric diagnoses
• Empathy, appreciation and team spirit
• Good social and self-competence
• German language skills (understanding Swiss dialect; ideally B2)
• Willingness for further training and personal development
