About the job
Are you organised, communicative and eager to get things done?
Do you want to inspire customers, drive innovative solutions and successfully implement complex projects? Then we are looking for you at aclevion!
Who we are
aclevion specialises in customised system solutions in the areas of Product Information Management (PIM), Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Content Management (CMS). We support our customers in digital transformation and create sustainable solutions for managing and distributing digital content.
Our success is based on expertise, team spirit and innovation. We value an open corporate culture where you work independently, contribute your ideas and grow together with us.
What to expect from us
- Challenging projects with renowned Swiss customers – often over several years, with direct customer contact instead of anonymous ticket processing
- Lean, effective teams where you help shape solutions rather than just manage them
- AI as an integral part of everyday work: We use language models productively in analysis, requirements documentation and project work – with internal enablement, clear guardrails and space to develop your own use cases
- High flexibility: Work at our locations in Lucerne or Zurich – or flexibly from home office
- Responsibility and scope for design in a growth-oriented company
- Training opportunities to develop yourself professionally and personally
Your tasks as Project Manager & Requirements Engineer
You are the central point between the customer, development team and stakeholders.
- Project management & control: Planning, coordination and monitoring of projects – from requirements analysis to successful implementation
- Requirements management: Close collaboration with customers to analyse business requirements and translate them into user stories and specifications
- Communication & coordination: Ensuring that all parties – from developer to customer – have a shared understanding of the requirements
- Quality assurance & testing: Supporting implementation, reviewing results and assisting with solution acceptance
- Risk and change management: Identifying challenges and developing solutions for smooth project execution
What you bring
- 3–5 years of experience in project management and requirements engineering, ideally in the service or consulting environment
- Experience with agile project methodology and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Technical understanding, ideally in the areas of PIM/PXM, DAM, CMS and multichannel publishing
- Openness to AI-supported work – you already use tools like Claude in everyday work and critically assess their output
- Analytical thinking, strong communication skills and a structured way of working
- Very good German and good English skills
