Senior Business Engineer - Investment Solutions & Portfolio Management /100/ ZH
Project As part of the "Ambition Investment Business of the Future", new solutions for the investment business from private customers to private banking are being implemented. We are looking for a Business Engineer who brings deep expertise in the investment business and accompanies professional requirements for mandate and portfolio fund solutions from conception and specification to technical implementation.

Tasks:

• Analysis of customer needs and translation into concrete professional requirements
• Conception and specification of features and user stories
• Preparation and conduct of workshops and refinements with business and IT stakeholders
• Creation of requirements and detailed specifications
• Professional support of the development and implementation of business solutions
• Definition of interface adjustments and data models
• Support in application configuration and, if necessary, GUI design
• Planning and execution of functional and non-functional tests
• Close collaboration with agile IT/Scrum teams
• Independent coordination of the professional implementation within the respective projects

Requirements:

• Completed studies (FH/University) in business administration, business informatics, banking & finance or comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Engineer / Business Analyst
• Several years of experience in the implementation of IT projects in the investment business
• Profound know-how in Investment Solutions, Portfolio Management, Mandate and Fund Solutions
• Experience in the banking environment, ideally at a large financial institution
• Very good knowledge of business analysis methods and modelling techniques
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams
• Ability to analyse professional requirements precisely and specify them technically feasible
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Independent, solution- and result-oriented working style
