Your tasks

• You are responsible for maintaining and further developing the quality management system (QMS) including document and training management as well as the relevant certifications according to ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001 and EN 9100
• You plan and conduct internal audits, coordinate the internal auditors and ensure the sustainable implementation and effectiveness review of measures
• You take on tasks in the area of compliance and environmental management, analyse legal, regulatory and normative requirements and ensure their implementation in the company
• You manage supplier quality management in cooperation with purchasing, conduct supplier audits, analyse supplier key figures and support the handling of supplier complaints
• You support customer quality issues such as complaints, customer audits as well as data and statistical evaluations and handle, among other things, REACH, RoHS and conflict material inquiries
• You are responsible for quality projects and KPI reporting, conduct internal training and use data analyses to continuously develop processes and quality

Your profile

• You have an engineering education (technician, bachelor or master) and bring at least 3 years of professional experience in quality management or a comparable environment
• You have sound knowledge of ISO 9001; knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 14001 and EN 9100 is an advantage
• You have a strong affinity for data and analytics and enjoy using key figures and evaluations for well-founded decisions
• You communicate confidently and appropriately for the target audience and have good English skills in spoken and written form
• You work proactively, solution-oriented and independently and have the necessary assertiveness combined with willingness to compromise
• You convince through social competence, communication skills and motivational ability and enjoy working across departments with different internal and external contacts
