- You are responsible for procurement projects such as public tenders, invitation and negotiated procedures and conduct these independently
- You procure goods and services in various product groups, mainly planning and construction services
- You advise and support internal stakeholders in strategic procurement in engineering and construction
- You optimise contract and claim management
- You optimise purchasing processes within legal requirements and internal frameworks
- You implement public procurement law requirements
Qualifications:
- You have completed commercial or technical basic training
- You have further training in purchasing (professional certificate, FH/HF or equivalent) and/or in construction
- You have very good knowledge of public procurement law and Swiss construction law practice
- You have several years of experience in purchasing construction projects or complex services
- You have a confident and assertive manner as well as negotiation skills
- You have a pronounced, networked and entrepreneurial mindset with a goal-oriented and structured working style
- You have experience in project management
- You are proficient in German; additional languages are an advantage
