zeka has been committed in the canton of Aargau since 1966 to children, adolescents and adults with individual educational and care needs. We operate two special schools, a weekly boarding school, seven outpatient therapy and counselling centres as well as residential, work, occupational and training places. 

For the location in Aarau, we are looking for a

Team Leader Disability-Specific Advice and Support and Psychomotor Therapy (60-70%)

Your Tasks

• Leading a very independent team of 30 people, consisting of special education teachers, job coaches and psychomotor therapists
• Supervising the various locations
• Considering (special) educational, agogic, therapeutic and business management principles
• Ensuring the services according to the requirements of zeka, the canton and social insurances
• Further development of the two specialist teams
• Collaboration in the management team and co-development of the Therapy & Counselling area

Your Profile

• Training in the (special) educational and/or psychological field with corresponding practical experience
• At least 5 years of leadership experience
• Several years of experience in a similar environment
• Experience in systemic solution-oriented counselling
• Networked thinking and pronounced organisational and communication skills
• Flexibility and resilience
• Driving licence mandatory, own car advantageous
