Your tasks

• Personnel, organisational and professional leadership of the team as well as further development of employees
• Responsibility for the supplier approval process including maintenance and further development of the associated internal processes and documents for all Pilatus locations and subsidiaries
• Active collaboration with the relevant departments such as procurement, engineering, customer service, production, maintenance, corporate quality and the national and international Pilatus locations and subsidiaries
• Support and advice to the department management
• Measurement, control and continuous improvement of the assigned KPIs
• Responsibility for the creation and maintenance of material master data and QM inspection plans

What convinces us about you

• Technical basic training followed by studies in aviation, mechanical engineering or business administration as well as further training and several years of experience in quality management such as EN 9100, ISO 9001, VDA 6.3, Six Sigma Green Belt
• Very good process and data understanding as well as good knowledge of regulations and applicable standards in aviation
• Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form (at least C1)
• Very good SAP knowledge and a strong affinity for common MS Office tools, PowerBI and Jira
• Resilient, reliable, committed and communicative leadership personality with a flair for creating target group-appropriate and grammatically flawless documents
