- You support and advise our employees and customers with all IT inquiries
- You receive IT requests by phone and online and process them
- You take care of resolving all hardware and software problems
- You create and maintain knowledge articles
THIS IS HOW YOU SUCCEED
- You have completed training in commercial or IT fields – or a comparable professional training – and bring a strong enthusiasm for IT topics
- You enjoy communicating confidently by phone in German and, if possible, French
- You are service-oriented and enjoy direct contact with customers – their satisfaction is your top priority
- Ideally, you have initial experience in IT support (& ServiceNow)
- You are an excellent team player
- You have a high IT affinity, think proactively, and convince with your precise working style and quick comprehension
