Your new job
- Organisation, coordination, and administrative handling of internal training – from planning through coordination with internal trainers to participant management
- Support and maintenance of our Learning Management System (LMS) as well as ensuring smooth training administration including preparation and follow-up
- Assistance in creating and further developing the annual education plan as well as induction and training plans for new employees (including sales, Würth shops, and telesales)
- Planning, organisation, and execution of the onboarding day for new employees
- Support in developing and updating digital learning formats and e-learnings
- Creation and management of continuing education agreements
- Participation in projects and administrative tasks in the field of personnel development
What you bring
- You have a commercial education and ideally some initial experience in personnel development or seminar administration
- Organising is in your blood and you keep an overview even with several topics simultaneously
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage
- You are enthusiastic about digital tools and learning platforms and quickly familiarise yourself with new systems
- You communicate appropriately for the audience, are service-oriented, and enjoy working with people
- With your curiosity, you question the status quo and bring new ideas for the further development of our learning offerings
- You take responsibility for your tasks and implement projects with commitment and determination
- You enjoy networking – you like working with different departments, trainers, and managers
- You are open to change, reflect on your actions, and continuously develop yourself
- An independent, careful, and structured way of working rounds off your profile
