To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly seeking highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our team in Technics & Maintenance, we are looking for a committed Maintenance Technician Heating, Sanitary and Compressed Air Systems (m/f/d), 100%.
Your tasks:
Operation & Responsibility:
- Active assumption of the role as system owner
- Operation and maintenance of heating and sanitary systems (distribution systems, generation systems)
- Ensuring system availability and operational safety
- Monitoring, control and documentation of system operation
Maintenance & Fault Management
- Troubleshooting and fault rectification on mechanical, electrical and control technology components
- Carrying out maintenance and inspections according to the maintenance plan
- Independent execution of minor modifications and technical improvements
- Rectification and documentation of faults on systems and individual devices
Collaboration & Projects
- Cooperation with external service providers
- Support during audits and official inspections
- Participation in system optimisations and technical projects
- Involvement in defining maintenance measures
Organisation & Safety
- Ensuring order and cleanliness in the assigned system areas
- Ensuring availability of spare parts, materials and tools
- Compliance with all relevant safety regulations
Your profile:
- Completed training as a maintenance specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification
- Basic training in heating and/or sanitary technology or equivalent
- Further training as a heating system operator; further training in maintenance is desirable
- More than 4 years of professional experience in technical maintenance and experience with heating and sanitary systems
- Fluent in German (spoken/written) and spoken English desirable
- Confident MS Office skills applied in a professional environment
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
