Are you looking for a new challenge in the fascinating world of surface technology? For our location in Oberdorf NW, we are seeking immediately or by arrangement a Shaper of the Future (HR/Finance/IT).

Your tasks

• Do you question processes before others realise they no longer work? Do you think cross-departmentally, recognise connections, and bring people, numbers, and systems together? Then this could be the most exciting position you read today. Your mission: We are not looking for a classic HR, finance, or IT person. We are looking for a personality who recognises connections, takes responsibility, and sustainably leads BWB into the future.

Your profile

• Completed studies (university, university of applied sciences, or equivalent)
• Broad interest in people, numbers, processes, and technology
• Analytical thinking and pragmatic implementation strength
• Enjoy recognising connections and developing solutions
• Hands-on mentality: You get involved where necessary
• Quick comprehension and the ability to set priorities
