Scientific Assistant

The University Emergency Medicine Clinic of the Inselspital is one of the most modern emergency centres in Switzerland. We treat around 55,000 adults annually from the entire spectrum of emergency medicine. What sets us apart is our continuous development.

What to expect

• You support project coordination in the planning and implementation of studies
• You create and maintain study documents (e.g. study protocols, ethics applications, information and consent documents, data collection instruments, schedules)
• You assist in the preparation, execution and follow-up of workshops
• You plan and organise advisory board meetings and prepare the associated documents and minutes
• You research literature and support the preparation of content for reports and publications
• You take on administrative and organisational tasks within the project and coordinate closely with the project team
• If necessary, assist with data collection in surrounding hospitals

What you bring

• University degree in nursing, psychology or a related field
• Proven expertise in research methods
• Confidence in working independently
• Organisational skills and high reliability
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written; understanding of Bernese German is an advantage
• Good English language skills, both spoken and written
