Specialist Bank Processes (m/f/d)

Your main responsibilities:

• Support of various departments in operational day-to-day business
• Analysis and handling of complex business cases and issues
• Review, documentation, and further development of existing workflows
• Participation in projects for optimisation, digitalisation, and automation
• Recording of professional requirements and coordination with internal and external contacts
• Support of system adjustments and organisational changes
• Coordination of cross-departmental tasks and projects
• Preparation of key figures and decision-making bases for management

For this varied role, you have several years of experience in the banking environment and a broad understanding of internal banking processes and workflows. Ideally, you are familiar with various areas such as securities processing, corporate actions, securities master data, payment transactions, or custodian banking. You are interested in the further development of processes and bring experience in project work. Knowledge of project management and the interface between departments, IT, and external partners is an advantage. Personally, you work independently and precisely, think in a networked way, and quickly familiarise yourself with new tasks.
