Project & Process Specialist

Tasks

• You actively shape the further development of patient administration and support the department management in strategic, organisational and digital transformation projects.
• You lead internal and cross-departmental projects and subprojects from conception to successful implementation.
• You analyse existing processes, identify optimisation potentials and develop sustainable, practical solutions.
• You prepare specialist concepts, business requirements, decision bases and recommendations for action for management and decision-making bodies.
• You further develop process management within patient administration and promote the standardisation and harmonisation of end-to-end processes.
• You support the establishment and further development of the Internal Control System (ICS) as well as suitable quality and control instruments.
• You moderate workshops, coordinate stakeholders and promote cross-departmental collaboration and knowledge transfer.

Profile

• Completed studies at FH/HF level or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in patient administration at a Swiss acute hospital
• Experience in project and process management as well as in implementing change or digitalisation projects
• Experience in analysing, modelling and optimising processes
• Knowledge in establishing and further developing internal control systems (ICS) is an advantage
• Experience in creating specialist concepts, requirements documents and decision bases
• Strong analytical, conceptual and organisational skills as well as a structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
• Confident appearance, good communication and moderation skills, high personal responsibility, resilience and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
