• You ensure smooth and secure IT operations through the operation and maintenance of customer infrastructures
• You continuously develop IT systems and implement innovative solutions for maximum availability
• You provide technically competent advice to customers and recognize their needs early
• You participate in exciting projects and independently lead smaller projects
• You document IT systems in a structured way and ensure transparent processes
• You are available as a central contact person for complex issues

What defines you:

• You have solid knowledge of IT infrastructures (server, storage, network, virtualization)
• You have experience with Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, M365, Azure)
• You have know-how in cloud and hybrid environments and work responsibly
• You think analytically and act solution-oriented in challenging situations
• You are strong in communication in direct customer contact and understand customer needs
• You work independently and structured and hold a category B driving license
