Head of Department Water Supply / Wellmaster 100%

Main tasks:

• Responsibility and management of the municipal water supply
• Proper maintenance of the Liestal water supply systems
• Coordination and collaboration with authorities and planners
• Ensuring quality assurance in the water supplies
• Leadership and promotion of the water supply team

Professional requirements:

• Basic training: Completed craft or technical apprenticeship (EFZ), ideally in the field of sanitary, pipeline, civil engineering or building services engineering or related professions
• Qualification & willingness to continue education (either/or):
• You already hold the professional certificate as a Wellmaster and would like to grow into a leadership role? We are happy to support you with targeted leadership training.
• Or: You bring leadership experience or organisational talent and would like to obtain the federal professional certificate as Wellmaster? We invest in your further education and finance this training step.

Personal requirements:

• High sense of responsibility, flexibility, resilience and ability to work in a team
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
• Enthusiasm, quick comprehension, reliable and independent working style
• Customer orientation
• Willingness to perform on-call duty and residence within a reasonable distance
