To expand our internal sales team, we are looking for an

Internal Sales Clerk (m/f/d) 80-100%

You are a committed, service-oriented personality and act as a hub between our customers, our sales and service departments.

What are your tasks

• Independent creation & processing of offers, orders and invoices
• Coordination of commissioning appointments with our customers in coordination with the service department
• Order and delivery date tracking
• Verification of incoming and outgoing invoices
• Proactive support of sales
• Direct communication with our customers
• Assistance in creating marketing content & organising trade fairs

What you should bring

• Completed commercial training
• Experience in a technical environment is an advantage
• High digital competence as well as proficient use of the MS Office suite, especially MS Excel and SAP
• Strong service orientation and an empathetic manner
• Social skills, team spirit and entrepreneurial thinking
• Proactivity, solution orientation and strong communication skills
• Very good German skills, good English skills
• French skills are an advantage
