• You take responsibility for IT Infrastructure & Digital Workplace and actively develop this area further.
• You ensure a stable, secure and future-proof IT operation.
• You identify optimisation potentials and implement innovative IT solutions together with internal and external partners.
• You manage external service providers and ensure quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• You work closely with our IT & Digital team and help shape the digital development of our corporate group.

You have sound knowledge and 4-6 years of practical experience in IT Infrastructure & Digital Workplace and have already successfully implemented (partial) projects independently? Your mission

• You are professionally, organisationally and financially responsible for the area Infrastructure & Digital Workplace.
• You ensure the secure and stable operation of the services and work closely with support as well as information & cyber security.
• You identify optimisation potentials, coordinate requirements with stakeholders and implement improvements.
• You manage external service providers regarding performance, quality and cost-effectiveness.
• You actively participate in IT management and work closely with the core IT team to provide excellent IT services.

What you bring

• Experience with supplier management and delivery of (partial) projects.
• Microsoft 365 & Digital Workplace: M365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams), Entra ID, IAM, Intune, Windows client management, security, permissions & conditional access.
• Server & infrastructure: Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, DNS/DHCP, file & print services, RDS, virtualisation, storage, backup & recovery (Veeam), hybrid cloud environments.
• Communication: 3CX, Microsoft Teams as well as telephony and collaboration solutions.
• Advantageous: Azure & hybrid services, UniFi, Cisco Meraki, hybrid on-premises/cloud environments as well as IT/OT experience in production-related environments.
