Tasks
You take on the responsibility as a class teacher for our kindergarten in Gals and design the lessons together with the part-time teacher. Your lessons take place from Monday through Thursday. The sports lessons are taken over by the part-time teacher.
As part of the staff, it is important to you to live shared values and work constructively together. Intensive collaboration is not only practiced in Cycle 1 school building in Gals, but there is also good cooperation among the 4 kindergartens of Schulimont.
Requirements
Ideally, you have a Bernese recognized teaching qualification for primary school or are in training for it. You enjoy working with children of this age, are committed, independent, and responsible. You consider collaboration in the class team and in the level or cycle groups as enriching.
You live by the principles of New Authority and apply them in everyday life, you want to grow in a collegial, supportive environment and are present as a role model with patience and empathy.
