From 1 January 2027 (or by arrangement) we are looking for a committed and qualified person as

Payroll Specialist (80-100%)

This is what you can achieve.

• You are responsible for the entire payroll accounting for our Dagmersellen site and ensure correct and timely payroll processing.
• You take overall responsibility for withholding tax and support our payroll system SwissSalary.
• You assist with the annual salary rounds as well as with the processing of the cash bonus.
• You check and maintain personnel master data in SAP SuccessFactors, SwissSalary and Calitime.
• You create standardised and individual evaluations from our HR systems.
• You handle all matters relating to social insurance, including registrations and deregistrations, daily sickness benefits and accident insurance claims, occupational pension cases as well as family allowances, EO and maternity benefits.
• You contribute to the year-end closing.
• As a key user for Calitime, you support our managers with questions about time management, maintain absences and ensure monthly and annual closings.
• You actively participate in internal HR projects and development topics.
• You deputise for your supervisor during holiday absences.

This is what sets you apart.

• A completed commercial basic training and further training in the payroll area.
• Solid professional experience in Swiss payroll accounting and social insurance.
• Enjoyment of digital HR systems and a networked, digital mindset. Knowledge of SwissSalary, Calitime or SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
• An independent, structured and precise way of working as well as a high quality awareness.
• A responsible and discreet handling of personal and confidential information.
• A communicative, appreciative and open-minded personality who enjoys working in a team and remains positive and solution-oriented even in demanding situations.
• Native German speaker with good English skills.
