Together with the locations Männedorf, Stäfa, and Hombrechtikon, we form a branch group in the Oberland-Pfannenstiel market area. Your Tasks

Support and develop existing private clients
Explore customer needs including individual wishes, goals, and life situations – if necessary in collaboration with internal specialists
Realize long-term trust building and asset preservation in the context of generational change
Sell standardized products and services in the areas of payment transactions, investments, retirement planning, and real estate financing
Perform demanding representation tasks and participate in customer events
Opportunity to take on training activities or a specialist role in financing, investing, or retirement planning
Participate and contribute to internal projects

Your Profile

Banking apprenticeship or equivalent education
Completed further training e.g. FA Financial Planner / Bachelor in Banking & Finance etc. or currently in training
Experience in serving affluent private clients and solid financing knowledge is an advantage
Affinity and enjoyment in using digital technologies in the consulting process
You score with your teamwork skills, openness, and willingness to change
Your empathetic, authentic, and emotional manner leads to an emotional customer experience in all life situations
