Your qualifications

• Training as a certified nursing professional HF or FH
• Leadership experience
• Leadership training or willingness to complete it
• Personality with high self- and social competence
• Very good IT skills
• Ideally, you know the Spitex operation and have in-depth knowledge in the use of Perigon

Your area of expertise

• You take over the organisational and personnel management of around 20 employees in your team
• You have an overview of professionally complex situations within your team’s catchment area and coordinate collaboration with the team for professional development
• You ensure needs-based and professional care of clients within your team
• You work closely with other team leaders and actively support the further development of your team
• You actively shape a constructive error and feedback culture within your team
• A benevolent and appreciative approach to employees is very important to you
