Your tasks

As a qualified nurse specialist, you visit our clients on care rounds and take on demanding and complex care situations. You manage the care process, plan your assignments independently, and ensure professional care documentation. You also competently and empathetically support and advise clients and relatives in challenging situations. You coordinate with internal and external professionals, take professional responsibility within the team, and actively participate in reports, case discussions, and vocational training. With your expertise, you also contribute to the ongoing development of our care quality.

You will become part of a motivated and collegial team that organises its own duty roster. We do not have split shifts. To ensure reliable care for our clients, you are prepared to take on irregular assignments such as weekend and on-call duties as well as shifts within our night service.

You have at least five weeks of holiday and can additionally apply for unpaid leave. We value personal development and a healthy work-life balance, for example through an annual leisure voucher. • Valid category B driving licence
