Are you looking to start your career in IT or want to complement your studies with practical experience? In this versatile position, you will take on first and second level support at our 17 locations in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. You support projects, help shape the digitization of our workflows, and gain exciting insights into modern IT systems in the medical environment. You are often on the move and ensure that our employees can always rely on a reliable IT.

• First and second level support on site (computer, printer, network)
• Support in IT projects (e.g. opening of new locations)
• Assistance in digitizing processes and workflows
• Maintenance and further development of our website
• Management of the telephone system (3CX)
• Support in the maintenance of the patient information system (curaMED)
• Collaboration with our IT partner Swisscom on complex IT issues
• Documentation of systems and processes
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstation systems and mobile devices
• User administration (Active Directory, Microsoft 365)

• Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist EFZ or ongoing bachelor's degree in (business) informatics
• Open, communicative personality with patience and understanding in dealing with various professional groups
• Enjoy traveling and assignments at different locations (mobility is an advantage)
• Quick comprehension and high willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge of network technologies, cloud solutions, and IT security is an advantage
