Cafeteria and Residential Area Gastronomy Employee 40% Köniz
To strengthen our team at the tilia Köniz location, we are looking for a cafeteria employee combined with the task of surveying residents' menu preferences in the residential areas, starting 01.10.2026 or by arrangement.
The cafeteria staff take care to bring joy to guests daily and to brighten the everyday life of the residents.
The residential area gastronomy employees survey the residents daily about their menu wishes using an electronic menu selection system.
- Courteous, service-oriented, and friendly service and care of residents and guests
- Ensuring a well-maintained service for our residents in the dining room
- Responsibility for order and cleanliness in the cafeteria, storage rooms, and outdoor area
- Refilling, clearing, sorting, and cleaning of dishes
- Responsibility for a clean mise-en-place and neat arrangement/presentation of food and kiosk goods
- Various cleaning and transport tasks
- Preparation of the daily accounts
- Co-responsibility for compliance with quality and hygiene standards
- Daily menu survey of residents for the next day using an electronic menu selection system
- Breakfast and weekly ordering for the residential areas
- Date and stock control of food in the residential areas
- Co-responsibility for compliance with quality and hygiene standards
- Training as a specialist in HWS or restaurant specialist EFZ/EBA or similar
- Interest in the work and experience in a similar role
- Clean and well-groomed appearance
- Correct and friendly manners
- Understanding in dealing with people in need of care
- Confidence in handling money and numbers
- Very good oral and written German skills. Other foreign language skills are an advantage
- High quality awareness and service mindset
