Senior Property Manager (a) 100% in Zurich

We are a renowned, nationwide Swiss real estate company, primarily managing properties of the Pensimo Group, and are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Property Manager (100%) for our Zurich branch.

In collaboration with an administrator/a junior property manager, you will manage a demanding portfolio of commercial properties, mainly in the canton of Zurich.

Your Responsibilities

• You professionally manage and oversee your commercial property portfolio
• You develop management strategies and implement them
• You negotiate and conclude lease agreements
• You coordinate maintenance and modernisation measures
• You prepare the annual property budget
• You review ancillary cost and annual statements
• You maintain active contact with clients/owners
• You provide professional leadership to an administrator/a junior property manager as well as a full-time caretaker
• You represent the owners before judicial authorities

For This Role You Bring

• At least 4-5 years of experience as a property manager with a focus on commercial properties
• Further training as a property manager with a federal diploma is mandatory
• You have solid expertise, especially in tenancy law and property maintenance
• You have a confident demeanour and good manners
• You possess negotiation skills and assertiveness
• You have a sense of responsibility and organisational talent
• Your German language skills are at native level
• Good IT skills with (GREM, M365) and a car driving licence complete your profile
