Your tasks
- You support job seekers to reintegrate into the labour market
- You identify obstacles to reintegration and implement strategies aimed at returning to employment
- You coach job seekers to develop their employability
- You monitor compliance with legal obligations
- You collaborate with internal and external partners and develop appropriate synergies
Desired profile
- 3-year Federal VET Diploma or higher tertiary professional training and a federal diploma in HR or social insurance (training possible on the job)
- Several years of professional experience in counselling and placement, professional reintegration or human resources
- Specific knowledge in social insurance and labour market fields
- Ability to conduct counselling interviews in various formats (in person, by phone or video), leadership and coaching skills
- Adaptability, listening skills and stress resistance
- Excellent command of digital tools and platforms

Fluency in German or French, with very good knowledge of the other language (bilingual)
