- Lead & Support: You lead the maintenance team professionally, motivate your crew and bring fresh dynamics to shift and work routines
- Keep it running: You ensure that the modern production facilities run stably - from precise fault analyses to quick troubleshooting
- Next Level Tech: You continuously optimise the machinery and implement smart, preventive maintenance strategies
- Launch vibes: You are directly at the forefront during procurement, commissioning and integration of new high-tech systems
- Parts & Projects: You manage the spare parts warehouse independently and drive exciting technical projects forward
- On-call duty: Reliable assumption of on-call duties according to plan including binding telephone availability and quick support in case of need
Your match
- Technical roots: Completed apprenticeship as a mechanic EFZ, agricultural machinery mechanic EFZ, polymechanic EFZ or comparable
- Experience & mindset: Several years of practical experience in industrial maintenance - ideally first leadership experience or the absolute drive to grow into a management role now
- Tech skills: Proficient in hydraulics, pneumatics and modern control technology
- Vibe: Solution-oriented, digitally savvy, flexible and a true team player with ownership mentality
- On-call readiness: You are ready for on-call duties - during the duty the phone must be answered and continuous availability ensured
