The Dr.Meyer Immobilien AG has its own internal construction management. We advise and represent our clients and owners on all renovation issues concerning buildings and building technology.

Your job with us

At Dr.Meyer, you can expect diverse conversion and renovation projects, short decision-making paths, and a team that works together:

• You accompany construction projects from tendering to handover
• You coordinate craftsmen and contractors and keep the threads together on the construction site
• You ensure that deadlines, quality, and costs are met
• Depending on experience, you take on your own projects or gradually grow into construction management

What you bring with you

• Training in construction (e.g. draughtsperson, technician, or construction manager)
• Initial experience on construction sites or several years in construction management
• Enjoy organising, coordinating, and working independently
• An open, straightforward manner and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Good German skills and confident PC use; WinBau knowledge is a plus but not essential
